1) Suppose for a pensioner

Comm Factor=9.81and

he wants to commute 30%of BP=15000

Amount=9.81× *12* ×15000

here CV of ₹15000 will restore after....? *10years* 

2)Suppose for a pensioner

BP=50000

Comm Factor=11.10 and

he wants to commute 40%of BP=20000

Amount=11.10× *12* ×20000

In this case CV of ₹ 20000 will restore after....? *12years* 

3) Suppose for a pensioner

BP=50000

Comm Factor=14.37 and

he wants to commute 30%of BP=15000

Amount=14.37× *12* ×15000

here CV of ₹ 15000 will restore after....? *15years*

Restoration periods (R P) are calculated as follows...

1) R P=[9•81]=10 yrs

2) R P=[11•10]=12 yrs
